Nothing on the Service constitutes legal, tax, or financial advice, and all property information should be independently verified.

IDX / MLS Listing Images & Content

Miami Pro Agents Group LLC holds no liability or responsibility with respect to images and content displayed on the Service that originate from IDX or MLS feeds, and is released and held harmless with respect to any issue arising from images or content outside its control.

Any legal matter concerning an IDX or MLS listing image or related content should be directed to the third party that originally placed such image or content on the IDX or MLS system. Anyone seeking legal compensation shall indemnify and hold Miami Pro Agents Group LLC and its affiliates harmless from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, charges, actions, proceedings, demands, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to Miami Pro Agents Group LLC’s use of IDX/MLS listing content.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

All provisions of the Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
