The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami is a two-tower luxury development on the southern tip of Brickell Key, developed by Swire Properties with Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group as the hospitality operator. The North Tower combines private residences with the Mandarin Oriental hotel, while the South Tower is a standalone 66-story residential tower.

The North Tower is a 33-story building with 70 Private Residences and 28 Hotel Collection Residences alongside the Mandarin Oriental hotel itself. The South Tower is a 66-story residential-only building with 228 residences, including two 7,800+ SF duplex penthouses with private pools.

The masterplan and buildings were designed by architecture firm Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF). Interiors are by Laura Gonzalez in the North Tower and Tristan Auer in the South Tower, with lighting design by Speirs Major and landscapes by SHMA.
